How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?
Hi,i am 22 years old from my school days that is past 11 Years i been musturbating..atleat once in a week nd sometimes twice r thrice.i will try to avoid but i cant control seeing pornss..if i musturbates i feels tied ,headache nd next day due to heat pimples occurs in my face.i am afraid of my future.sometimes shivering .not able to face people.what is the solution??will it affect my sperm count??pls help me
