How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?

I am ................... M/47. I had been masturbating since i was 15. Now for the past few year i found changes in my testis. It looks like one is above and other is below... up and down. Also i am diagnoised with Vericocle (Right : Grade I Left : Grade II). I am very uncomfortable now. I am suffering with pain in the testis, both sides of the hip, joints etc.. I feel very weak and tired.. Pls suggest me the remedy.
