How To Overcome Masturbation?

hi Doc !! i masturbate daily , i feel good doin that but as far i m concerned about the body structure i feel i get thin and my hand wrist too. i feel unahppy doing this as this is only problem i feel .. if thers any advice you can suggest on this will be helpful

Masturbation itself is a normal part of sexual enjoyment and does not have any adverse effect on health. Frequency varies from person to person.
There is nothing like 'excessive' masturbation or 'over masturbation'.
Masturbation does not cause body weight loss or thinning of wrists.
If it is associated with excessive guilt, you should see psychiatrist or sex counselor.
Just relax and go ahead with counseling.
No medications needed.
