How To Overcome My Son's Constipation Problem?

Good morning doctor.my one and half year old son is struggling a lot daily for a motion.four days ones only he is going motion.while going he was crying and unable to bare the pain.even loose motion medicines also not working.please advise.we feeling a lot because of this.

Thanks for your query.
Constipation is mostly diet related.
Give him fruits,green leafy vegetables,carrot.
Give plenty of fluids.
Decrease amount of milk.
In case symptoms persist get him evaluated by pediatrician.
