How To Overcome Severe Knee Pain That Restrict Movements?

severe knee pain at times which continues to nag and restrict movement of my one knee. Both my knees were replaced eighteen months ago and I recovered exceptionally well. No real problems until about a week ago. It feels like something shifted and is causing big problems.

I would suggest you to show it to your operating surgeon and get x ray if there is any thing abnormal. It can be synovitis or a infection. Till that time do ice application and Brufen tablet. Do not force any movement or any thing before making a meeting with your surgeon.
