How To Overcome The Constipation Problem?

I am a 33 year old female and im having stomach problems. for about 2 months I have had a lot of constipation and couldn t poop with out a suposatory now I don t need them anymore I have started pooping on my own but it is pure diarrhea and my lower back is hurting rite above my butt crack.everytime I eat my stomach cramps something horable for about 20 min after I eat and than I have to go to bathroom. but today I pooped chunks of red raw meat and I don t eat raw meat .I feel tired can u give me some idea of what is happing.

First, you should try with changing lifestyle and dietary habits. You need to increase fiber intake. Good fiber sources include bran and other whole grains found in cereals, breads, and brown rice, vegetables such as brussels sprouts, carrots, and asparagus, Fresh fruits, or dried fruits such as raisins, apricots, and prunes Beans. Also, you should exercise regularly. Moving your body will keep your bowels moving, too. Second, you may at times need to try a laxative such as Fleet Phospho-Soda, Milk of Magnesia, or glycerin suppositories. If there wont be improvement on these measures, you should consider doing diagnostic tests such as colonoscopy, anal sphincter manometry and food allergy testing.
