How To Overcome The Lump Located On My Quadriceps Tendon?

Thanks for your assistance. I seem to have this lump that is located on my quadricep tendon and when I extend my knee there is a bit of grinding. Sometimes there is a loud popping sound then there isn t anymore grinding but eventually, the grinding sound makes its way back.

The lump in the quadriceps tendon with a grinding sensation is likely to be due to a ganglion cyst. Most of the times it subsides with local steroid injections. Surgical removal may be needed if it is a large one.
