hello, im 38...male...6'1" and 230 lbs. ive had a crampy, painful, swollen stomach all day, and diarrhea most of the day. i ate supper, and after that i had a black, tarry looking stool that had a really foul smell. my stomach is still bloated and painful. thanks for your help...

- consume soft , light diet at intervals with fresh curd preferably
- avoid oily , spicy , non veg

empty stomach ) , antispasmodic ( as drotaverine ) and antibiotic as
metronidazole , probiotics after meals to recover the condition on speedy
