How To Overcome The Pain In My Calf?

wHEN I bend or cross my legs I have pain in my calf just below my the back of my knee and when I stand or stretch out my leg the pain goes away but then the muscles in my calf feel like they are moving. I think it is clot, is there anything I can do help work this out.

Hi, its probably cramps, jst get ur vitamin E from fruits and veggies and try not to stay dehydrated.
