How To Overcome The Pain While Passing Stool?

sir it pains a lot while passing stool.blood is also there.it is just unbearable.i am on medication under homeopathy medicine but i dont find any solution.i am having duphalac. Every night 2 make my stool light.please help.it pains after passing stool and the pain stays for about 3 to 4 hours.Can i use smuth ointment?

Hi..

Thanks for contacting HCM for health query..

You are constipated and have pain during defaecation and persists for hours.

If it so very painful, the lesion should be external close to anus.

But we need to correct the constipation because that is the reason. Luckily you are not having bleeding.

If in my outpatient department if I have a patient like this I would find the cause of constipation treat it first.give a stool softener and give lidocaine gel for external us

Let you get investigated on cause of constipation.Get personal opinion from a doctor .

Till then help yourself with plenty of fibrous diet and drink lot of water.
