How To Overcome The Swelling Of My Foot Caused Due To An Accident?

3 days back,I had a minor accident with my bike resulting into the bike falling on my left leg. I have been having swelling of the my foot and slight pain in my shin muscles. I got an x-ray done, the doc confirmed no fractures and recommended ice pack and pain killers & muscle relaxants. However the swelling of the foot has not reduced yet. There were couple of very small bruised which have already dried off.

Hai u have nothing to worry . After any kind of injury swelling is a common phenomenon.Your doctor gave right medication.Along with it pls put ur foot over a pillow while u sllep .Also take tab.chymoral forte one tablet 2-3 times a day for 3 days.
