hi i am 24 year old i have a very annoying problem of masturbation even though i dont do it daily if at all i do it once i feel like doing it again and again this drives me to crazy position where sometimes i end up doing it 4 to 5 times a day this will continue for week or 2 i want to avoid this problem completely help me to come out of this problem

You should practice yoga and do regular exercises.

Try to watch less porn.

You should make goals in life and try to achieve that goals.

You can meet with friends and relatives.
