How To Pacify The Child Crying After A Vaccination?

hello sir

yesterday my 4 month baby went through a vaccination of DPV-III. Doctor asked me that baby would suffer from fever and pain due to this injection effect for 24-48 hours. and from last night baby is continuously weeping i have used crocin drops for child (6 drops every 6 hrs once) prescribed by doctor and it works only for few hours after that baby again starts weeping.
Should i use any other child drops to get relief?
Or
What do i do ?

Please help

hi,as your doctor instructed you that fever will persists till 48hrs so u wait till the time.continue the same medicine given by the doctor.its just because of the vaccine and it happens with all child.so no need to worry much,if the fever will persist after that period then consult the doctor again.
