How To Postpone Monthly Menstral Date?

Hi, Am 24 yrs old and i want to post pone my monthly menstral date. Till now i didnt try any medicine. Jan 6th is date i wodld like to get in on 8th.. Please advise me whether i can do it and if possible how many days before i should take medicine for that. Thanks Regards! Sheena

When I faced this problem and went to my gyne..she told me to have those tablets that she prescribed five days in advance for five days..I desperately needed to postpone them due to temple function at home..
