How To Prevent Baker's Cyst?

I was diagnosed with a bakers cyst I was given anti inflammatory (Ibuprofen) and a steroid pack. about five days after finishing I have calf pain the same symptom I had before the cyst was found. My question is how to prevent it from returning? Joel
