How To Prevent Temporary Fits Or Paralysis?

I am 31 years old and am having trouble moving my body sometimes. Since September, I have been having lots of neurological difficulties. The doctors told me that my symptoms are psychosomatic. Since then, I have tried to meditate and take it easy every day. However, things are getting worse, and now I am often unable to move my arms and legs for a few hours. If this is psychosomatic, what are some other things I can do to prevent my temporary fits of paralysis?
