How To Prevent Urinating On Bed?

Sometimes when i am sleeping, in the dream I need to go to the bathroom..this happens occasionally.., but each time I end up urinating in my bed! How can i stop this as it is really embarrassing, and I am 28.I am 5 foot 2 inches, 45kg, and I have recently been diagnosed with high pressure. However this has been happening for longer than that. Please let me know your thoughts?
