How To Put On Weight?

M a girl of 21 year . I had completed tuberculosis course in 2016 from march to September. Bt now I have again Tb and my treatment have started from September 2017 . Now I want to gain my weight and fat. Because m a engineering student nd friends laugh on my thin body . Its a honable request plz tell me prorper diet schedule to gain weight

Hello,

Loss of weight during first 6 months of tuberculosis (TB) is very common. During medication weight is measured during first 3 months. As you have TB again, you may not put on weight immediately. But after treatment you will slowly pick up your weight.

Don't worry about your engineering friends, they will go away after some time. But your weight will be regained after treatment. Take care of your drug dosage and treatment. After completion of treatment, you can think about weight.
