Hi, I am 37 yrs old. I am addict to khaini, SLT (Smokeless tobacco) for the last 16 to 17 years. During weekdays, I donot take during working hour but on the weekends, I take five to six doses, being at home. I understand its ill effects. I want to quit. but the problem is that, without khaini, raw tobacco, i cannot pass stool in the morning. I have already tried many laxatives, enzymes etc for the resolution but all in vain. The addiction is to a level that I use to take doses everytime whenever I have to do some physical work but definitely not at the time of studies as it takes concentration out, effects brain also. The most important issue remains the daily call of nature, which does not allow me leave this bad habit.
