How To Recover Completely From Typhoid Fever Which Is Coming After Every Six Months?

hello doctor i am mantu from orissa , my problem is that typhoid fever continued till 4 year & it comrs in every 6 month, after treatment it is cure n only titre is positive TO= 1:80 n other are negative but stii i have constipation n some time dioreah & dysentry n weakness throught the year now i became very thin n weak. i am drinking boiled water every day but no reasult. plz suggest me some remedy how i can recoer from this.

Greetings of the day

I suggest you to get Typhoid vaccination , both injectable and oral vaccine are available.
Every fever may not e due to Typhois and it will not be correct to attribute it to Typhoid. Serological markers may be elevated even months after getting cured from typhoid.
Your other symptoms of constipation an diarrhea are unlikely to be due to Typhoid fever
