How To Recover From The Loose Motions?

i was taking madicine for 2.5 years due to that i have to go for potty 4 to 5 times in a day ...... stools are formed and semi formed , what ever i eat doen's suites to my liver if i take little bit spicy food or milk etc i always suffer loose motion ......how can i get rid of this ???????? how can i make my liver fit like as it was before ??????? how can i make my stool solid?????

I really appreciate your concern, it does not seems to be anything wrong with the liver because the given symptoms are not correlate with this unless it is the clinical examination and test does it else it is nothing to worry, consistency of the stool depends upon the diet taken and it may not be due to illness unless proved clinically hope this information helps.
