yes i weigh 230 lbs and i drink plenty of water and i dont drink sodas or juice drinks but i get lose the 90lbs it stays in the mid section very big stomach looks as though i am 2 or 3 months pregnant i am 49years old. I will be 50 next month ( Help please.):(
