How To Reduce Dark Marks On Cheek And White Heads?

Hi I have acne vulgaris and I have been on isotretin isotane 20 mg for almost 2 months along with I have been applying clindamycin phosphate cleargel from H&H pharmaceutical. My acne has been better however when I touch my cheeks I still feel like lumps inside and there are dark marks at times red marks on cheek, I see a lot of whitehead coming. What should I do benzoyl peroxide doesn't suit me .. so what should I take now please suggest?

Hi,
Thanks for posting the query,
Continue with the use of clindamycin cream.
Apply kojic acid ointment topically over the affected area.
Take vitamin C suplements.
Apply sunscreen of spf30.
