How To Reduce Degenerative Bone Disease And Arthritic Pain?

I have buldging discs and herniated disks and arthritis and degenertive bone disease and nueropathy. That is just lower back in chronic pain.I just started going to physical meds hasn t wrote me anything for relief..How long will I have to go like this..

Degenerative bone disease and arthritis is usually age related, hence it progresses with age. However, regular exercise, weight control and good nutrition in the form of calcium rich foods will help to reduce pain associated with this condition.
