How To Reduce Fat From Thighs?

I have a really big thigh and Ive been walking 2-3 days for 30 minutes is there any other type of exercise that makes them slim or smaller cause it doesn't feel good wearing skinny jeans I mean personally I don't like it so please tell me what should I do ??

Hello! I suggest you to eat healthy and exercise. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. You can subscribe to a gym and train legs. There are certain exercises for training legs and glutes in order to sculpt them. If even this doesn't have any effect you can try cryolipolisis in the target area. It kills the fats cell and preserve the other cells.
