HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Exercise and a change in diet would help with weight loss.

If possible, you should try to exercise at least 150 minutes a week. This can be divided into aerobic and strength training exercises.

In addition you would need to change your diet. The most common weight loss diets are low fat/low calorie and low carbohydrate diet.

The restrictions would vary according to the one you choose.

You should choose the one that best suits you and stick to it.

I hope this helps
