How To Reduce Lower Abdomen Fat Inspite Of Healthy Diet And Exercise?

I have lost about 45 lbs since May. I have worked very hard on cardio, weight lifting, and nutrition. My lower abdomen still has some fat on the lower part in the middle. It looks like the letter W. What is that? Is this common? will it go away? What can I do?

Thanks fro contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have been doing well with weight loss and after losing 45 lbs you still have a mid belly fat. This fat is one of the hardest to resolve. Sometimes with dramatic weight loss this extra skin and fat needs to be removed surgically. I would first recommend exercising and isolating your exercise to abdominal wall strengthening. If after 3 months this does not improve then you sould consider surgical correction
