Hi, i am 31 years old...female...was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 years ago..have been having 10mcg regularly and now my TSH level is in control...however I am putting on weight everyday. It started at 43Kgs when I was diagnosed and now I am 53 Kgs ..2yrs later. My skin is also very dry and no amount of oils or moisturisers help. Please advise.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if you are putting on the weight then try to cut down the calorie in diet and keep the regular habit of exercise this is the best option you have otherwise you are history of thyroid dysfunction is nothing to do with this, take care and have a nice day.
