How To Reduce Pain In Forearm?
Hello I am having some pain in my left forearm. I cannot sleep when I do I wake up with a lot of pain. I do move it so the pain will go away. I tried heat, heating pad for my shoulder. I stopped using the heating pad and heat. I was told I have frozen shoulder.

Thank you for the concern. Forearm doesn't include shoulder but still if you have frozen shoulder than you should take painkillers having serritopeptidase and consult physiotherapist for shoulder exercise that will decrease your pain.
