How To Reduce Pain In Lower Left Abdomen?
Hi I have a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. It hurts when I press on it or if I cough or laugh or even take in a deep enough breath. Or when I suck in my belly it seems to hurt also. It s a very sharp pain. It is never mind but if I touch it at all it is very sharp and it occurs almost right next to my left hip. Please help

Hello,
I think you should get checked for parasites first doing a stool parasites test. Irritation of the bowel may be possible also. You should avoid spicy food ,sauces, fruits and vegetables which contain fibers and can make gas and irritation worse. Use simethicone to help with gas and irritation.
