How To Reduce Pain On The Top Of Head?

My husband has had a headache on the top of his head for 2 years with the pain mostly being below ron a 10 scale. All kinds of tests have been done and lots of different meds tried. He had botox injections 4 weeks ago with no success. There are no headache specialists where we live so we need to find one that hopefully can tell us the problem and maybe something new to try. Hi,

Headache has an infinity reason, you should rule out at first hypertension, sinusitis, poor sleep quality, lack of water intake, and stress. Then we can look for organic causes.
