Hi.
As per your case history you are having urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors.
2. Don't take any medication without consulting a doctor as it may worsen the condition.
3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion when rashes appear.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 2 months.
5. Other treatment options are oral steroid, hydroxyzine and colchicine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
