seems like sum kinda allergic response,u need to know what the allergen is,if u have changed ur place and have started developing the symptoms, then u need to go to a diffrent place,if u have any sneeze in the morning r breathing difficulty in the morning then shift to a temperate climate, for now u can start on antihistamines like cetrizine /levocetrizine/deslor, better if u go to office then start with deslor one tab a day for five days and check if ur symptoms r relived,if u want to know more about ur allergen then manipal hospital has a test multi allergen test, which will give u an idea as to which allergen u r allergic to,if any doubts then contact me.
