I am 49 and have had a bloated stomach as long as I remember. I have skinny arms legs and bum and look quite ridiculous with this huge stomach. I have no pain whatsoever, my stomach is small in the morning but as soon as i drink something it swells enormously and continues throughout the day
I weigh 11 stone and am 5 ft 7 inches tall

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Drink plenty of water or other clear fluids to help reduce abdominal pain and bloating.
-Avoid pain medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications.
-Avoid solid foods for a few hours in favor of softer, bland foods such as rice or applesauce.
-Try gas-reducing medications, such as simethicone drops or digestive enzymes, to help relieve bloating.
