How To Reduce The Internal Nervous Pain For A Person Who Underwent MVR?

Hi Doctor, my wife underwent MVR in 4.4.2013 and now almost one year passed. She keeps INR and Potash in correct level as specified. But she has internal pain through out right side body nervous from head to toe and she has little bit of problem in straight walk. I consulted a neurologist. But so for no improvement. What is the reason for right side pain and it can be cured
