How To Reduce The Pain Of Rheumatoid Arthritis ?

hello doctor , I am 47 years old female from India. I feel ache in my muscles and joints . I feel stiffness and swelling in my body mostly in the morning. I am even gaining weight. If I take pain killer I feel relief. And even when my bowel is clean I feel that my swelling and stiffness have reduced. Kindly please help me doctor. thanks

It may be related to some unnatural bowel habits you may be having. Do you pass loose motion sometimes and constipated hard stools sometimes

All my blood reports and x-rays are normal. RH factor is negative. Even my Mother have the same problem.
