How To Reduce The Size Of A Hernia And Hydrocele Prior To Sex?

Is there any way to reduce the size of a hernia bulge and hydrocele prior to sex?I know that when I lie down for a period of time it will go back to normal size.It doesn't bother me except for appearance and some restriction of ejaculation.Ejaculation is much stronger if I can reduce its size.

The best permanent way to reduced the hernia or hydrocele is surgery only.
Keeping these like as it is now can lead to complications of incarcination or obstruction and strangulation.
So get examined by a Surgeon , get investigated for fitness for surgery and get an appointment for surgery.

Till then the hernia can be reduced manually before sex or you can have the female -up position , yet there is a chance that the hernia can pop during the sexual act and can cause complications as already mentioned above.
Hydrocele can not be reduced, needs surgery only.
