My boyfriend was rubbing me (down there) when it started hurting. I don t know if he scratched me or who but i bled a little. Then the next day we were doing stuff again and afterwards it hurt to sit or stand and it s very sore down there. Is there anything i can do to ease the pain?

Hello,

Your symptoms are more likely suggestive of a clinical condition called vulvodynia.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
