1) your diet- What is you are eating very important to reduce your weight and flatten your tummy. Eat balanced diet and 5-6 frequent meals. What is balanced diet? The diet which gives you complete nutrients
carbohydrate, fats(essential fats), Protein,
vitamins, minerals and 6-8 glass of water per day.What do you eat in balanced diet? you need to eat whole grain cereals whole multi -grain cereals like jowar, bajra etc, pulses ,beans ,chicken, egg fish, nuts, vegetables fruits skimmed dairy products sparingly oil and sugar and also limit to take processed refine food and junk foods.
2) physical activity and exercise:- Do you exercise daily? or if not then go for it atleast 5 times in a week duration of 30 minutes. If you want to do intense exercise then go for circuit training it is very good work out for achieve flattened tummy. The duration for circuit training must be 20-30 minute and three times in a week and keep rehydrate before during and after this training.
3) Lifestyle- you need to change your lifestyle if you have messy lifestyle like you need to try to improve it by doing everything like sleeping, eating ,exercise on time and having meals on the time, don't skip your any meal. Your Sleeping hours must be 6-8 hrs take proper beauty sleep and and take proper rest and not to take
stress because if you take stress the hormone called
cortisol which releases in abdomen region which lead to weight gain.
