Hello! I hope to help you. I suggest you to begin with moderate exercise and to add it a little day by day. Combine exercise with diet. For example the first week run every day 20-30 minutes a day. As your resistance get improved try to run five more minutes every week. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. And may be after 2 months begin the gym.
