How To Reduce Weight?

Hi , I am female 41 years old healthy , in recent year I gained 8 kg to my weight , my height 162.5 cm weight was 58 kg , now I am 66kg.
The reason is lack of action ( exercise ) and working long hours , I am dentist also I am living in area with high altitude and lack of oxygen. I don not eat much and don t use sugar at all , but I drink alot of black heavy coffee and I am smoker too.
I need your help or advice how to lose this weight and be healthy and fit, also there are many ads on TV like Via Ananas , weight loss patches , are these effective , safe and what are the side effects?

Hello,
First of all get tested for hypothyroidism because it can lead to weight gain.
Next is to plan out a aerobicvexercise schedule for at least 45-60 minutes a day along with a proper dietary Control where you should avoid sugar,fatty and fried foods,junk foods and colas.
Quit smoking and reduce intake of coffee.
Weightloss pills should be avoided as they can cause various types of side effects.
