well i am 17 years old and 5'8 tall my weight before 7 months was 52kg and 1 month before it was 65 last week its 66. i dont eat unhealhy food i am 3/4 % vegitarian but still my weight increases i am an active person. i just want to know a way to loss weight P.S i am still gaining height in small rate

hi dear thanks for asking well as your current weight is 52 and height is 170 cm...so your body mass index is 18 which means that you are in normal range....so follow these 1)keep the food you are eating 2) join a gym and do running for 40 minutes 3) take plenty of water in morning 4) take green tea and be happy
