How To Reduce Weight?

I AM 29 YEARS OLD LADY & MY HIGHT IS 5" & MY WEIGHT IS APP. 62 KG & DAILY I AM EATING ONLY 3 CHAPATI & SOME RICE ONLY. MY MEAL IS VERY SMALL AS PER MY SIZE & I THINK THIS WAIT IS VERY HIGH FOR ME. SO PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE ME TO BE SLIM.

Hello thanx for using hcm,
you are over weight, dear if your interested in loosing weight you have to reduce carbohydrate and fat in the diet.Low fat and low carbohydrate diet.

For example your taking 3 chapathis and serving of rice. stop eating rice as it gives you more calories and carbohydrates in less quantity. Try whole grains which are filling like whole wheat chapathi or bread ( two in one meal )or oats cooked 1cup (soup bowl size), whole wheat macroni or pasta 1 cup.

Eat two servings of fruits ,and lots of raw vegetables they are rich in fibre and satisfies your appetite too.

Eat more proteins like beans sprouts, chicken ( not fried), egg, lean meats without fat.Use all milk products low fat or skimmed.

Avoid ghee, butter ,cream, fried foods,sweetened drinks, bakery products, processed foods.

Do some exercise like brisk walk, threadmill, jogging atleast 45min- 1 hr daily.Soon you will find a difference.All the best.
