How To Reduce Weight?

Im over weight and I try and diet but its so hard with all the pain ive been going through mentally and when I try dieting and exercising and I just cant seem to do it I am 16 5 4 and 240lbs is their anything you can recommend I have a feeling that its a huge health risk because sometimes I feel like im going to have a heart attack there is a lot of pressure in my chest and I feel like I can bearly breath. what do you recommend please help me

Dear dont loose hope , if you have strong will power you can do it.
Try consuming v low carbohyrate and low fat diet.
carbohydrate sources are all kinds of cereals, pulses, fruits, milk and products.
Avoid all forms of saturated and trans fats like ghee, butter, cream , cheese, red meats, full fat dairy product , processed foods all these gives huge calories.
Consume small meals rather than three big meals.stick to right portion size big quantities makes you fat.
Consume good quality protein with lots of vegetables in the form of s oups and salads.
Choose some aerobics or exercise daily.
you will find diference soon. All the best.
