How To Releive Extreme Pain In Both Arms And Shoulders With History Of Diabetes And Intake Of Levofloxacin?

Hi I had been taking Levofloxacin for 10 days and about the 8th day both my arms and shoulders are killing me to the point that i have to take pain medication. I am a diabetic and can no longer do my exercises at the gym due to extreme pain, what can i do to releive the pain and what about my exercise for my diabetes, please help

It is not very common complication. May be it is infection which you are having is causing this pain. Diabetes also cause such symptoms. I would recommend you to start some analgesic like voveron. Check your blood sugar level. You can also apply local ointment like diclofenec gel. Hot water fomentation will also help. Also for long term pain relief, take methylcobal tablet also. Consult to your physician about doses.
