How To Relieve Breathing And Throat Problem In Vegetarian?

I've been a Vegetarian for over 5 months now, and lately I've been having poor breathing and throat problems for the main problems. I'm recently taking Iron Supplements, but not much change has occurred. What's going on? What can I do? Anything to help?
