first I can assure you that your back pain is not related to lumps. Usually back pain is due to back muscle weakness and treatment for it is back muscles exercises, which can be learned from physiotherapy center. I would recommend you to start these as soon as possible. if you would be my patient I would like to prescribe you muscle relaxant medications like myospaz. Apply heat to your back by water or moist cloths. if not relieved show to an orthopaedic surgeon.
