How To Relieve Intermittent Fever In 9 Month Old?

hello dr .my son is 9 mnth old.he is suffering from fever from last 2 mnth.fever stays for 2-3 days then for next couple of day he is well..again fever comes.highest fever went to 104,.when he sleep.his head get wet.when ever i sponge him..some blood clot appears on his forehead.

Hi,
Remain intermittent fever since so much long time for 9 month old child requires evaluation of his case.
He might requires some investigations like,
X-ray chest,
Complete blood checking with ESR. Malarial parasites.
Routine urine check up.
Consult pediatrician and get examined.
After all investigations he will go for treatment accordingly.
