Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
i would suggest you to show it to a different orthopaedic surgeon and get his opinion as i believe you may be having softening of patella also called chondromalacia, it is a common condition in young athlete and may get miss in MRI. Treatment for this is quadriceps exercises and tablet Etoricoxib 90 mg per day.
