Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Pain during last weeks of pregnancy is generally due to stress on muscles and joints, which in your case might be affecting Sacro iliac joint on left side.
I would not advise any medicine for this at present , but certain stretching exercises will help you , which will be demonstrated by any physiotherapist. Also you can apply hot packs at the site of maximum pain.
I do hope that this line of therapy does benefit you.
